Advanced Photography Final Exam Period 3

2. Monday was the 70th anniversary of the brutal D-Day WWII battle. Robert Capa, the famous war photographer, stormed Normandy with the soldiers during WWII? How many of his photos survived? 

Only 10 of the photos lasted out of 106 that melted.

3. What photo agency did he create after the war? Who were the other founders? 

 He created Magnum Photo Agency. Other founders were George Rodger, Henri Cartier-Bresson, David Seymour, and William Vandivert.

4. What did Henri Cartier-Bresson says needed to be aligned for a photograph to be successful? (hint: three things) 

 Henri said in order for a photograph to be successful it must have perfect allignment of the head, heart and eye.

I chose the first photo in my portfolio because i love the framing and reflectin of light that makes her hair look extremely light.

Art Contest - Fitting In or Belonging

 

 

Some of the photos i believe could have had better lighting but i think we did a great job capturing the diversity and laughter amongst our group members. The different color hair and styles that bring us together as a group and working together. This project showed some of our best work but wish we did better with our choice of lighting.

In order to establish a society of well developed intellectuals you must find ways to get them to work on something together. Whether if it is a hands on project or creative brainstorming. The more a group works together the more compatible they will become for the future.
